What should I expect at my appointment?

On your first visit, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff and asked to fill out a few forms before you see Dr. Veloz. Whatever the reason for your visit, we listen to you and strive to meet your expectations and provide solutions to your problem.

Do you offer a variety of hearing aid options?

Yes! We work with several hearing aid manufacturers and earmold companies. Different hearing aids offer different options depending on your needs. We want to know about your lifestyle and what you need your hearing aids to do for you. A hearing aid that works well for one person may not be sufficient for another so this part of your appointment is very important.

I heard that hearing aids can work with my cell phone. Is that true?

Yes! Most hearing aids today are able to integrate with your smart phone. When your phones rings you answer it just like normal, but now you’ll hear the caller directly through the hearing aids. The sound is amplified appropriately and it’s heard in both ears, loud and clear. This is a game changer! And if you’re having a hard time hearing your television, your hearing aids are also able to integrate with your Smart Television, as well. Just ask us how.
