What to Expect
During your first visit, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff and asked to fill out some paperwork before you see Dr. Veloz.

Dr. Veloz will have a conversation with you to understand what your needs are and get to know you better.

A full hearing evaluation will be performed starting with an ear exam to determine your ears are clear of any impacted wax.

Then, wearing a pair of headphones, you will listen for a series of sounds during the hearing test.

After the hearing test, Dr. Veloz will go over your results (audiogram) and discuss your options.
